Electric Scooter City can service and repair any scooter that we sell. New scooters are covered under a labor and parts warranty for 90 days. We are happy to service any brand of electric scooter for which we are an authorized dealer. All of the scooters we sell have replacement parts kept in stock to speed repair time. Any other part can be ordered by us through our various supply partners.
Please note, we do not work on the Generic, Plastic E-Scooters.

I purchased a wire and mesh lift off basket and do not have any intructions. I cannot attach the basket to the top of the frame that goes on the bike. Can you email or send me instructions? i don’t want to return the basket.

As I am sure you figure out by now – yes the service dept. was closed. We are now back in the country however and open so please feel free to call us.
The shop will be closed Thursday and Friday this week and then back open for normal hours again on Saturday.
